Financial Management

Luxury Bali Properties keeps all electronic accounts for every property it manages.
These are fully transparent with monthly income and balance sheets available for each villa owner.

Lettings
As part of our property rental activities we personally inspect each property on a weekly basis as
well as before and after each letting. Our maintenance staff and villa-based management staff
also provide regular updates.

We maintain rigorous procedures for hiring the right staff for each property, including kitchen staff,
cooks, chefs, maintenance staff, maids, gardeners and security staff. And we specifically demand a
level of experience inline with the standards we expect and which our clients have grown accustomed
to. Training facilities are also in place to bring staff new up to speed swiftly.

Routine maintenance of buildings, fixtures and fittings as well as the grounds and gardens are taken
care of by trained staff using proper industry techniques.

Markerting
In agreement with the villa owner Luxury Bali Properties can arrange further markerting activities to
promote awareness of your property.

Other
Other added value services can also be arranged, including in house dining, pre-arranged massage
and spa services as well as baby sitting and car rental.

All of the above, as well as initial setup procedures, are continually reported to the villa owner as part
of Luxury Bali Properties' ongoing responsibilities and activities in its supervisory role.

Monthly reports with guest's suggestions and comments can also be provided.
