Villa “The Sanctuary” Bali, open to magnificent views and a beautiful private tropical gardens, is the essence of luxury tropical living. Villa The Sanctuary Bali is finished with the finest materials combined with exclusive furnishing and contemporary art. The villa has typical wooden Balinese roof structures called Sirap. The foundations of all pavilions have been made of typical Balinese lava stones and all pavilions have floors made out of Benkirai wood or natural stones. The villa is constructed from the finest materials in traditional Balinese style and beautifully integrated into our green environment.

Villa “The Sanctuary” Bali is a private and exclusive villa-resort only minutes away from some of the most notorious surf breaks on the South West coast of Bali! Our premium service is personalized, excellent and around the clock.
The villa has 9 luxurious bedrooms:
• 1 master suite with private pool and tropical garden
• 6 luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom
• 1 romantic bale bedroom
• 1 bunk bedroom where maximum 20 children can sleep in 10 bunk beds
We have a professional and fully equipped kitchen connected to our central dining and living pavilion overlooking our 35 meter infinity pool and 500 meter river frontage with unobstructed jungle and river views over Bali’s beauty.
Along our pool you will find two wooden Bales with media room, cinema TV system, lounge, billiards table and games. We also have spa and gym.
Our expansive green lawns provide a very large playground for kids.

Dining room
Our dining room is located in the main pavilion. This sheltered and very spacious open-air pavilion offers stunning green infinity views over Bali’s beauty.
It is bordered with beautiful Balinese ponds and illuminated with modern design lamps.
Constructed in traditional Balinese style and very heigh ceilings, this is the place you will have your breakfast, lunch and dinner served.
The antique teak dining table can easily have 16 adults eating in comfort. We have an extension available for more people to eat together.
When children occupy the bunk bed room we recommend children to eat first and our staff will prepare the dining table for our adult guest once the children have finished their meal.
The integrated music sound installation offers a finishing touch.

Living room
The living room is also located in our spacious open-air main pavilion. Situated next to the dining room, it has an enormous lounging sofa and fantastic Indonesian art. Drink a cocktail or read a book to enjoy the spectacular surroundings: it makes you relax, enjoy and dream away.
It is also a great spot for aperitif.
In front of this main pavilion you can see our 35 meter excelling pool. The integrated music sound installation offers a finishing touch.

When a wedding or event will be hold during your stay with us please take following into consideration:
• Villa The Sanctuary Bali is with its spectacular location, wedding pergola, luxury bedrooms, magical 35 meter pool, spacious gardens, extremely large green lawns and unobstructed infinity views, one of Asia's most wanted luxury destinations for weddings and events!
• We can hold intimate weddings, medium sized weddings and large weddings or events. The Sanctuary Bali can easily host seated weddings or events from 30 -300 pax for everyone’s pleasure.
• A function fee of 1 night is applicable for all weddings and events with less than 80 pax.
• There will be a Banjar Fee of 5.000.000 IDR which is a contribution to the local community for every wedding or event. This allows loud music until 12 pm with DJ or live band. After 12 PM the event can continue with an I-pod. It is an important contribution and makes sure everything with our village is covered.
• We outsource every wedding or event 100 % to a professional planner which we are more than happy to recommend or which you can choose yourself.
• We are very flexible and everything is possible. We focus on the venue, the accommodation and the service during your stay and we assist the planner in the very best way on the day of the wedding or event.

Rate

* all rates are subject to 10% tax (VAT) and 5% service charge
* all rates are inclusive of airport transfer with our car and driver, the use of our air-conditioned car and 2 drivers provided 24h during your stay, 24h security,
2 chef cooks to prepare your meals, 1 head butler and 2 junior butlers, full time housekeeping, full time gardening, full time techncian and a full time villa manager.
* all rates are inclusive of FREE WIFI internet
* all rates are inclusive of electricity and water
* all rates are inclusive of fresh linen and daily fresh towels
* all rates are inclusive of welcome drink, fresh flowers and free bottled water during the whole stay.
Remarks: all weddings and events require a function fee of 1 night.
A banjar fee is required for all weddings and events. This contribution to the local community of 5,000,000 IDR is to be paid to the villa manager upon check in.
