For events in Shalimar the following surcharges will apply;
For any event: the whole complex needs to be rented for at least 3 nights to ensure and secure your privacy and comfort. For the days before or after the period of 3 nights you can rent the villas individually.
For the day of the event there will be a function fee that is equal to one night rent of the whole complex.
- Banjar fee: IDR 5.300.000 (for up to 100 persons)
- Rain Stopper: ON REQUEST around Rp 1.500.000
Also for events the following deposits are requested
Under 20 guests: USD 500
20 - 50 guests: USD 1000
50 - 100 guests: USD 1500
100 guests or more: to be discussed
This deposit is 100% refundable and will be returned upon departure if no damages occur to the property.
