The Villa
The villa feels at once modern and tropical, with a peaceful feeling as there is a nice balance with the view to the trees and greenery. It feels has a visual presence, but is also very homey and welcoming- perfect for holiday with family and friends.
There is an open-plan Great Room with inviting lounge and dining table. The lounge is made up of an over-sized L shaped sofa, two lazy teach lounge chairs and four poufs to accommodate added guests.
Over-sized carrera marble bar with 4 stools bar fridge and sink, all overlooking the pool and modern tropical garden. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people.
Entertainment center features a 42″ flatscreen TV, Yamaha surround sound stereo, DVD library-extensive, WIFi and cable Cable TV with 90 channels.
This area is fan cooled.
Small butlers pantry and separate fully equipped kitchen off the great room.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator double sink, cooktop, full sized wall oven, toaster oven and blender. The villa is equipped for its guests with suitable dishes, cutlery and glassware to comfortably service the guests staying at the villa.

The Suites
-2 master AC suites with king sized beds and sitting areas. Both bedrooms have 32″ flat screened TV’s and LG theater surround sound dvd player.
En-suite bathrooms with double vanities, rain shower and outdoor tub.
Large open closet and drawer unit, both equipped with safes.
Over-sized glass doors open to garden to create an indoor/ outdoor space. Both have two fans for cooler days.
– 1 AC suite with queen sized bed and 32″ flat screened TV and dvd player. En-suite bathroom with long counter and single vanity, equipped with a rain shower.
Private outdoor seating area/sofa and small garden. Equipped with a fan for cooler days.

Garden and Pool Area
The mature garden features an outdoor lounger area with oversized sun couch (5 X 2.5 meters in size) and 2 X double sun luxury loungers, big grassy area.
The swimming pool is surrounded by the loungers and sofa.
The garden has many fragrant white frangipani and palm trees. Nice evening lighting, highlighting the elegant tropical style.
An outdoor sitting area looks onto the contemporary wall fountain, visible from the master bedrooms.
The villa has a 1 car garage and space in front for motorbikes.

Villa Putih Bali Details
- Location : Jalan Kayu Cendana in Seminyak
- Property Area : This villa sits on land measuring 512 Sq meters, the villa measures 320 Sq Meters.
- Capacity : The villa is very comfortable with 6 adults. Extra beds may be added at cost + breakfast.
   The villa has one baby cot and one high chair for our little friends.
- Communication : The villa has Wifi access within the villa and one guest, in-villa, mobile phone.
- Entertainment : The living area has a 42″ TV with DVD player and Yamaha surround sound speakers.
  Two master bedrooms have 32″ TV’s with LG DVD theater with surround sound speakers and the third
   suite has 32″ TV with DVD player.
- Kitchen : There is a fully equipped kitchen in the villa.
  It is stocked with dishwear, flatware and cutlery to accommodate the staying guests.
  There is good sized refrigerator, oven, toaster oven and blender. There are ice trays but for regular ice use,
  guests should have staff purchase a bag for their stay.
- BBQ : There is a bbq on site that may be used by the guests.
- Staffing : The villa is staffed with an experienced English speaking manager, two friendly housekeepers
   and a night security guard.
- Car and Driver : The villa provides 1 X transport each way to the airport in an Avanza type car.
  (this comfortably seats 4 adults + the driver and luggage.) For additional cars they are 150,000
  at cost.
  The staff may arrange for car and driver for any of your activities or day trips at cost to the guests.
