Villa Ocean features a master bedroom with a king sized bed with ensuite marble bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has two single beds with ensuite and the forth bedroom has double bed with an ensuite bathroom.

There are televisions in all bedrooms with cable channel connection. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area with a plasma television, satellite channel connection, DVD players, iPod Dock, a movie library, a newly renovated modern kitchen which is fully equipped.

Upstairs is an open-air pavilion with lounge and dining area offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Simply the perfect place for entertaining or relaxation.

Villa Ocean has three fully trained Balinese staff to assist with cooking, housekeeping, laundry and gardening. They are pleased to assist with any requirements to ensure you have a relaxed vacation. A villa site manager is also available to assist during your stay. In-villa spa and massage services are also available on request. The villa is equipped with it's own massage bed. Villa Ocean also features wireless internet access.

Rental rates are inclusive of a daily car with driver for up to 8 consecutive hours including fuel. Additional hours can be arranged at a fee.

Term and Condition
• Villa rates are quoted in US dollars subject to 15.5% Government tax and service charge
• Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
• Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required on receiving confirmation of your booking
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to secure your reservation
• Payments are non-refundable
• Villa check-in time: 2pm - Check-out time: 12 noon.
• Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees.
• The villa reserves the right at any time in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party.
