The front entrance of Villa Nisa is protected by an oversized gate and there is ample space to securely park a rented vehicle or several motorbikes. Access into the villa is via a series of stepping stones across a refreshing waterway filled with fish.

At the heart of Villa Nisa is a freeform swimming pool encompassed by tropical palms and native flora. An open-plan living environment overlooks this garden setting and is ideal for parents to keep a watchful eye on children as they play in or out of the pool.

A modular sofa facing a wall-mounted television and home entertainment system is located at one end of this large downstairs space. At the opposite end is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a handy breakfast counter. There is also a dining table in dark polished timber with seating for six guests.

The master bedroom is a separate structure on the ground floor looking over the pool. It is an adult sanctuary with a walk-through dressing cum storage area. The lavish en-suite bathroom promises spa-inspired indulgence with a large bathtub framed by a window of exotic palms.

The other two bedrooms are located upstairs along with a large rooftop terrace and a traditional lounging pavilion showcasing views of a neighbouring rice terrace. Both rooms are similar in size and style with an en-suite bathroom featuring just a rain shower cubicle.

The outdoor environment of Villa Nisa lends itself to lazy days by the pool spent soaking up the sun. The pool has a platform of shallow water where little ones or non swimmers can sit and cool off. There is also a small shady pavilion to beat the heat of the day.

Tall palms grow all around Villa Nisa and there is tall bamboo screen on top of the wall for extra privacy. A small patch of manicured lawn and a scattering of blossoming frangipani trees add to the appeal of this Balinese garden setting.

Removed from the crowds of mainstream tourism, Villa Nisa provides travellers with an opportunity to get away and unwind. It is a 15 minute drive from the lifestyle district of Seminyak for shopping by day or partying after dark. The airport can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
