Every effort was made during construction to preserve the original landscape of mature trees and indigenous flora. Natural stone and timber features throughout the villa, while several decorative water features and fishpond have been added as a refreshing touch to stimulate the senses

Main building
The main living environment integrates a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen featuring branded appliances and tableware, featuring everything you are likely to need during your stay. The adjacent dining area is furnished in a dark timber table that invites long evenings of good food and social interaction. Next to this area is a flat screen plasma television mounted upon the wall and is surrounded by a simple lounge suite, creating a cozy corner to sit and relax with family and friends.

Bedrooms and configuration
The villa has three king-sized bedrooms, with one attached to the main building and two within separate guesthouses. The three king-sized bedrooms cater to the needs and privacy of up to six adult guests. Each room features a traditional Balinese roof of woven thatch and is fully air-conditioned to evoke nights of restful slumber. The same tasteful decor of dark timber furnishings in clean contemporary lines has been maintained in each bedroom. En-suite bathroom facilities are semi-open and ensure indulgent bathing.

Grounds & landscaping
Villa Kebun is a visually appealing compound that wraps itself around a full length swimming pool with plenty of outdoor space for sun-lovers. A thatched pavilion over a daybed and covered in cushions overlooks the pool and provides a shady niche to stretch out with a book or take a leisurely afternoon nap. A stone terrace at the very end of the garden has been designed for casual alfresco dining with friends and loved ones. This setting can also accommodate a standing party to celebrate a special event or occasion.

Location
The villa is situated down a quiet lane near the beach, called Gang Melon. A short walk will bring you into the centre of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries and nightclubs. The villa is also within walking distance of Legian, the area between Seminyak and Kuta, where you will find more shops, boutiques and famous restaurants. The villa is also conveniently close to Bintang Supermarket, located on Jalan Raya Seminyak, where you can get your groceries. The beach is only a 600m walk from the villa, which is the perfect place to enjoy a stunning sunset. The Villa is an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but conveniently only a stroll to everything you’ll need to make your holiday perfect.
There is also private parking available in front of the villa.
