Kalimaya 2 and 3 are a pair of beautiful two-bedroom private pool villas, which sit side-by-side within the Kalimaya family of villas. These two-storey air conditioned residences are the mirror image of each other in terms of their layout, yet each has it’s own personality and sense of style. Both are lovingly furnished, and feature king-size bedrooms with marble ensuites, fully-equipped open-plan kitchens, living rooms on both floors, a private swimming pool with a spa and each have an infra-red. The villas are set within lush tropical gardens that feature traditional thatched balés, the ideal spot to relax whilst overlooking the sparkling blue pool water, surrounded by beautiful Balinese water fountains.

Living and Dining Area
Each of the living rooms is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player and with the added bonus of having spectacular surround-sound, these rooms can become your very own home cinema.
Villa Kalimaya 2 and 3 boast three fantastic indoor living areas including two living rooms – one up and one down – which can be opened to allow guests to embrace the warm tropical breezes or closed for absolute air conditioned comfort.
As with the living areas, the dining room, which directly overlooks the garden and pool, can be opened to give a sense of indoor/outdoor living or closed for comfortable, temperature-controlled dining.
Grab an icy-cold beer and enjoy a chat at the kitchen bar overlooking the pool or settle in for cocktails followed by a meal on the upstairs terrace, surrounded by vibrant bougainvillea, and watch the sun set on a perfect Balinese evening

Bedrooms
Villa Kalimaya 2 and Kalimaya 3 each have two beautiful air conditioned bedrooms featuring luxurious four-poster beds. The downstairs rooms have full-length glass doors that can be opened up to view the tropical garden and pool area, whilst the upstairs rooms open out onto the terrace – giving them a wonderful sense of light, space and freshness. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player, and all of the upstairs rooms are fitted with an iPod dock and bar fridge. All of the bedrooms in Kalimaya 2 and 3 have adjoining marble ensuites which feature large bathtubs and rain showers.

Villa Kalimaya is located in the absolute heart of Seminyak, south-west Bali within short walking distance to the beach and some of the best known and iconic restaurants and bars on the island.
