Perfectly placed in the vibrant heart of Seminyak, Villa Denoya is all you could possibly want when you stay on the island of Bali. This smart four bedroom holiday home is just the right size and layout when you travel together as a family or a small group of friends.

Villa Denoya takes island design up a few notches with a look that is fresh and tropical. The focal point of the property is a unique shaped swimming pool edged by a timber deck. A gazebo at one end is highlighted by hanging vines and creates a shady niche to escape the heat.

Prime Seminyak Location

Villa Denoya is located down a small laneway that runs directly off Jalan Laksmana also fondly known as “Eat Street”. It is within easy walking distance to a great choice of restaurants, boutiques and inexpensive market stalls set up at the popular Seminyak Square.

The beach is a quick taxi ride away for a day spent experiencing Bali’s famous surf culture. For something a little more high-end, make your way to KU DE TA or Potato Head to eat, drink and party in a stylish beach club setting.

Open Living Concept

The living area is an open-plan space that embraces the outdoors and overlooks the full length of the swimming pool. It features customized teak furnishings with red cushioned seating arranged around a wall-mounted television and home entertainment system.

A sleek kitchen completed by stainless steel appliances and a mirrored backsplash runs along one entire wall. It comes with all essential kitchenware for self catering and feeding hungry children. There is also an eight-seat wooden dining table for leisurely breakfasts and meals together.

Comfortable Double Bedrooms

Villa Denoya has two ground floor bedrooms in a free-standing structure on the opposite side of the swimming pool. They are both similarly sized and styled for comfort. Each has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a luxurious egg-shaped bath tub and a separate rain shower.

Two additional bedrooms can be found upstairs with double beds fitted with crisp white sheets and plump pillows. Both en-suite bathrooms have just a glass-enclosed shower cubicle with an overhead skylight.

Delightful Outdoor Area

Almost the entire outdoor space at Villa Denoya is taken up by an unusual shaped swimming pool that resembles a figure eight. Tall palms with staghorn ferns attached have been planted in opposite corners of the compound to keep things looking green.

The pool promises hours of family fun with a shady gazebo plus a deck to sit and soak up the sun. It is in full visual range for parents to keep a watchful eye on children at all times as they splash around and play.
