Villa Champuhan is a very private four bedroom luxury villa designed by one of Bali's leading architects Glenn Parker. The property features two swimming pools, 70 metres of river frontage soaking up the spleandour of the river Yeh Penet. The meandering river borders the villa's expansive gardens while the property is surrounded by nature and blessed with beautiful views and riverside trails.
Situated 45 minutes from Bali's International Airport and 25 minutes from Seminyak, the region of Tabanan is untouched and again offers some scenic views. Home to the famous Tanah Lot Temple which must be viewed on sunset boasting spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and memorable sunsets.
Villa Champuhan is approached via an elegant, under cover parking bay, giving direct access to the impressive, imported ‘Indian sand-stone' pavilion. Entering Villa Champuhan, surrounded by cascading ponds and with an immediate view of the amazingly spacious living room, with its high ceiling and luxurious furniture.
The villa boasts 4 self-contained bedrooms with fully enclosed yet open-air en-suite facilities. They comprise of two master bedrooms. Both are located on an elevated level and are very private with independent, private terraces with daybeds, overlooking the stunning Yeh Penet river with its gentle, soothing rapids, lending to an altogether relaxing experience. These spacious rooms feature sliding glass doors to maximize the spectacular view, custom built, king size beds and plenty of hanging space and storage units for all your clothing and personal items.
The main master bedroom's adjoining bathroom is equipped with twin washbasins of a terrazzo design situated beneath a full size mirror, a modern bath-tub with an amazing river view, a walk-in shower and separate toilet for total privacy, but it's main feature has to be its external shower which is situated on its own private deck which directly overlooks the river's rapids.
The second master bedroom embraces amazing views of the gardens, pool and river. Large sliding doors open onto its private deck for a breathtaking jungle view and its spacious bathroom, again with twin terrazzo wash basins has a walled garden area incorporating an open air shower and fabulous, oversized stone bath situated in a delightful pond and accessible by stepping-stones. This bathroom is totally open to the sky and planted with palms and bougainvillea.

The third bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space for clothing and other possessions. The bathroom is totally open to the sky and planted with palms and bougainvillea and both boast ultra modern bath-tubs and outside showers, all in the comfort and privacy of walled surroundings.
Bedroom 4 has a funky, 4-person bunk-bed, ideal for any family wishing to holiday with their younger children. Again this bedroom has plenty of storage space within the bunk system... Any little one would jump for joy at the sight of this wonderful ‘kids' room. As with bedroom 3, this bathroom is totally open to the sky and planted with palms and bougainvillea and both boast ultra modern bath-tubs and outside showers, all in the comfort and privacy of walled surroundings.
Villa Champuhan has an excellent cook who can prepare an extensive range of Asian and Western meals in the ultra-modern, spacious kitchen. Guests are also free to use the kitchen at their own leisure. With state of the art Oven, Hob and Microwave and a large, double-door fridge/freezer, this really is a wonderful environment in which to prepare lunch and evening meals.
The well trained staff are very warm and friendly catering to your every need. There are housekeepers, butler, gardeners, pool attendant and 24 hour security. The villa also has a full time dedicated manager who will ensure your stay is memorable.
The substantial open space within the garden, combined with the grandiose of the property and its extensive facilities, makes Villa Champuhan an ideal location for weddings, small private parties and other events. The villa is also equipped with a back up automatic generator.
All bedrooms are fitted with both ceiling fans and air-conditioning units and have electronic safes to ensure the safety of any valuables that your guests may wish to bring.

Villa rates are quoted in US dollars and subject to 10.5% government tax and 5% service charge
Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 7 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
50% deposit is required to secure your reservation

Final payment is required 45 days prior to the arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation

Deposits and final payments are non-refundable

Payment can be settled by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees

Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.

The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's staff, employees or agent.
