Casablanca suite villa is 4bedroom private villa , located at ungasan area only 30 minutes drive from the airport and just only 10 minutes drive from famous beach of Pandawa beach.

The villa was origanally constructed in 2005.the current owner acquired the property in 2011 an extensive renovation project.all villa facilities were completely replaced to new condition.

Each bedroom suite is self contained with bathing and bath facilities.the villa has prepared custom natural bath aminities which offer a unique and luxurious bathing experience.

3 bedroom is located in one building,such as one room called master room and two room called third floor east room and west room.and one room located at near the pool of villa.this room is called poolside room.

This villa is also suitable for celebrating your wedding venue,Family or Friends gathering of BBQ party,Birth day party , and wedding anniversary and other important event.A team of all dedicated staff will fully assist your dream event.

We have trained staff that can prepare your daily breakfast with a choice of either american or asian To keep your relaxation moments we offer complimetary tea and coffee in the kitchen area.nearby restaurant room service menu are available with operation hours 07.00am to 21.00pm you may contact our staff to order any kind of food from the menu.

Spa services
One of our staff can arrange fo a beauty theraphist to come to the villa..our spa treatment menu are available in the villa.you can choice the treatment and our staff will call the profesional theraphist to come to our villa.

Pool and garden
The swimming pool is available for you to use during both day and night time.our staff will clean the pool on a daily basis.our pool attendant staff will set up pool towels on the sun chairs for your convinience.
When using the pool.please ensure that your children are supervised at all times.please be aware that the pool is shallow in some areas.casablanca suite villa advise extra caution taken when swimming in the pool,as we cannot responsibility for any injuries or accidents.

Internet services
Wifi internet connection is available at casablanca suite with password.it is available 24 hours.

Safety at the villa
Casablanca suite villa is safe,but we recommend that you lock the villa main door at the night time to ensure complete privacy.we also recommend that you lock your bedroom if you leave the villa.from time to time our staff will enter the villa to services and keep the garden and other areas clean.if you specifically do not wish them to come into the villa please make sure to advise the staff directly.

Valuables and security
We advise you to lock all valuables in your room safe at casablanca suite each room has safety box.please speak to to our staff if you have any question or trouble trouble with the safe cmbination.our staff is very honest,however we suggest you do not leave valuables such as your wallet lying arround in the dining room areas over night.casablanca suite not accept any responsibility in the case of the left,loss or damage to your belonging so we advise precautionary measures.

Laundry and linen
The laundry services is available at charge.the laundry price is available in every bathroom.the staff will collect laundry from every room’s laundry basket.we will send your laundry to the trusted laundry company and you will be confirmed about the charges by the staff with the origanal bills.please advise the staff of any delicate clothing that needs special instruction or care although the staff will be very carefull with your garments.all laundry bells need to be settled before your departure.all bed linen and towels are provided and will be charged by the staff as required.
